A 3-hour private session designed just for you, blending restorative yoga, intuitive art, and gentle reflection. This one-on-one experience begins with a full hour of supported yoga poses and mindful breathing to help calm the nervous system and restore balance.
From there, you’ll transition into deeper art-making with simple journaling prompts that encourage creativity, self-expression, and emotional release. Like our workshops, no experience with yoga or art is needed—just an open heart and mind.
